15 Minute Initial Consult—Free

The Initial Consultation is a personalized 15 minute session is designed for women who are looking to embark on a transformative fitness journey. This consultation is the perfect opportunity to discuss your goals, concerns, and aspirations, ensuring that we create a tailored fitness plan that aligns with your individual needs and lifestyle.

In this call you will:

  • Share your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, increased energy, strength building, flexibility, or overall well-being.

  • Discuss your current fitness level, exercise history, and any medical conditions or injuries that might impact their training.

  • Discuss your daily routine, work schedule, and any potential time constraints, and any concerns or challenges you are facing

  • Briefly touch upon your dietary habits and preferences to understand how nutrition aligns with your fitness goals.

  • Learn the benefits of personalized training programs and what you can expect by working with me.

The Initial Consultation is designed to create a supportive and informative environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their fitness journey. By addressing individual goals, concerns, and needs, I will ensure that each client's path to well-being is uniquely tailored for success.

Per session rate:

$75/hour

3 month package

  • Initial Consultation/Analysis/Recommendations

  • Personalized monthly personal training plan based on your goals

  • Weekly check-ins 1:1 30 minute virtual calls to check-in and tweak

$300/month for 3 months (with ability to add on at end of three month package)
